We believe that access to capital is critical to business growth and sustainability. Our current loan products are designed to drive business growth and improve the financial health of communities in rural and coastal North Carolina.

The Administrative Back Office Support System (ABOSS) focuses on microenterprises with a mission to educate and support individuals as they launch and grow their business.
shellfish growers loan fund
We provide low interest loans to qualifying small businesses for start-up, expansion. Funds can be used for either capital or equipment needs.
