The Women’s Coastal Retreat & Business Summit is a 3-day immersive experience designed to empower women entrepreneurs through wellness, cultural exploration, and innovative business development. Set in the scenic coastal town of Kill Devil Hills, this retreat convenes 50 women, 20+ small businesses, and regional partners for a transformative blend of personal growth, professional advancement, and coastal heritage education.
Purpose
This retreat supports the growth of women-led businesses while strengthening Eastern and Coastal North Carolina’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Participants will engage in wellness experiences, learn coastal history, and attend a full-day business summit focused on innovation, financial empowerment, and economic resilience.
